Spanish Gazpacho – classic chilled Spanish soup made with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and country bread

Smoked Pork Belly– crispy, smoked pork belly over an apricot pancetta chutney

Second Course: Ego Bodegas Marionette Jumilla

Seafood Paella – traditional Bomba rice with mussels, clams, shrimp and Spanish chorizo in a saffron broth

Chicken Croquetas– traditional crispy, creamy, chicken croquetas

Third Course: Bodegas Ego Infinito Red Blend

Wagyu Beef– pan-roasted Wagyu beef drizzled with salsa verde

Patatas Bravas– crispy potatoes in a bold, spicy sauce topped with garlic aioli

Fourth Course: Vina Palaciega Cava

Crema Catalana– traditional Spanish custard

Churros– traditional churros dusted with powdered sugar. Served with a chocolate hazelnut dipping sauce (family style)
