First Course: José Maria de Fonseca, Vinho Verde

Grilled Sardines: Freshly grilled whole sardines, drizzled with a citrus olive oil and served on a bed of local greens

Second Course: José Maria de Fonseco, José de Sousa

Peri Peri Chicken: Airline chicken marinated in a homemade, traditional Peri Peri sauce over a kale, rice blend.

Third Course: José Maria de Fonseco, Periquita Reserva

Braised Short Ribs: Braised short ribs in a rich madeira wine reduction. Accompanied by roasted fingerling potatoes

Fourth Course: José Maria de Fonseco, Alambre Moscatel de Setubal

Pasteis de Nata: Traditional Portuguese custard tart served with homemade rice pudding gelato.
