Third Course: Zabu Nero D’Avola

Tuscan Wild Boar Ragú homemade pappardelle pasta in a tomato red wine sauce with wild boar. Topped with fresh ricotta

Fourth Course: Supremes

An assortment of the finest Italian cheeses. Served with homemade jams.
