First Course: Lomas Del Valle Sauvignon Blanc

Chilean Ceviche: tradition Chilean style ceviche, seafood marinated in lime juice served with house made crackers

Second Course: Calina Carmenere

Chicken Empanada: fresh baked empanada stuffed with potatoes, green olives, chicken and south American spices served with an avocado aioli

Third Course: Calina Cabernet Sauvignon

Grilled Lamb: lamb chop marinated in a traditional Chilean pebre sauce served with grilled asparagus

Fourth Course: Lomas Del Valle Quintero

Torta Mil Hojas: dulce de leche layered cake, traditional Chilean dessert with our own twist and served with raspberry sorbet
