Bread service throughout dinner

First Course: Finca el Origen Torrontes Reserva

Grilled Argentine Red Shrimp– jumbo red shrimp, grilled over firewood, seasoned with a blend of South American spices. Served over a homemade summer salsa.

Second Course: Masi Tupungato Malbec

Villagio Choripán– a twist on the traditional Argentine dish. Grilled spicy chorizo served on rustic bread. Topped with pickled onions, tomatoes and a chimichurri remoulade.

Third Course: Nieto Senetiner Cabernet

Asado Villagio– a traditional Argentine dish, open fire grilled beef short ribs topped with salsa criolla. Served with fire roasted vegetables.

Fourth Course: Clos de los Seite Red

Open-faced Empanada– a crostata style, chocolate empanada. Served with homemade dulce de leche gelato and seasonal berries.
