Whipped goat cheese, spring greens, seasonal local fruit, toasted pistachios vanilla vinaigrette and hot honey

Dry Aged New York & Root Veggies

Black pepper crusted 32 days dry aged New York strip, oven-roasted baby root veggies, florets brocolini and red wine reduction sauce


FIFTH COURSE:

2024 Massolino Moscato d’Alba
Dark Chocolate Blackberry Cake

Layers of dark chocolate cake, black berry filling, wild berries sauce finished with dark chocolate shavings and fresh local berries
