Heavy Seas AmeriCannon paired with Charcuterie Crostinis

Lightly toasted crostini slices brushed with olive oil & topped with cured Bresaola, Mahon cheese & a homemade
apple jam. Paired with the AmeriCannon Double Dry-Hopped American Pale Ale, a bold pale with
Centennial hops & Simcoe lupulin hop powder.

Course 1

Heavy Seas Pounder Pils paired with Seafood Ceviche

Comprised of shrimp, scallops & European Branzino tossed with diced red onions & tomatoes,
allmarinated in a mixture of fresh squeezed lemon juice, lime juice & fresh cilantro. The Pounder Pils is
made with German malts & a plethora of European hops.

Course 2

Heavy Seas TropiCannon paired with Spaghetti all’ Amatriciana

Homemade pasta tossed in a spicy tomato sauce with sautéed pancetta & caramelized onions, topped with pecorino romano cheese. TropiCannon Citrus IPA is exploding with bright citrus aroma & flavor.

Course 3

Heavy Seas Winter Storm paired with Tagliata di Manzo

Pan seared steak, sliced & topped with a Barolo wine sauce, served over mashed potatoes. This delight is paired with Guest Speaker, Hugh Sisson’s “favorite” beer, Winter Storm Imperial ESB. Drawing hops from the West Coast & the UK for its pronounced bitterness, it’s true to style with nutty malts & earthy hops.

Course 4

Heavy Seas Siren Noire paired with Chocolate Soufflé

Homemade chocolate soufflé drizzled with a lightly salted caramel sauce. Paired with Siren Noire Imperial Chocolate Stout. Aged in bourbon barrels with vanilla bean gives this beer a well-rounded body.
